Four categories are covered including Mediterranean, Asian, Latin and Middle Eastern. You get to taste and vote on your favorite for the People’s Choice award.  Taste and savor all the lamb dishes paired with 18 Washington wineries, 2 breweries and a distillery.  Take home your own spice mix, meet the producers and more. And if you want the ultimate Lamb Jam experience, treat yourself to the VIP/Curriculamb hour. Join us for Curriculamb , a look at American Lamb from pasture to plate featuring Shephard Reed Anderson (the American Lamb difference), butchery from Bill the Butcher (Lamb 101), Sommelier Kyle Brierley and Chef Holly Smith of Café Juanita (cooking tips and wine pairing). Enjoy delicious lamb bites paired with Washington wines and learn about cooking and enjoying American Lamb in your home.
